30-Day Returns
We want you to be happy with your Gatherly order. You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item should be unused, in the condition you received it and, where reasonably possible, in its original packaging.
Before returning an item, email gatherly12@outlook.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide the next steps.
If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos so we can review the issue.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to display the refund.
This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.
