Product descriptions, images, pricing and availability may be updated from time to time. We aim to present information accurately, but minor differences in colour or appearance may occur because of screens, photography or manufacturing variation.
Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may cancel or refuse an order where required for fraud prevention, pricing errors, stock issues or legal compliance.
You agree to provide accurate checkout and delivery information. Gatherly is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information supplied by the customer.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law.
